1. Customs Workshop at New Customs House (IGI), New Delhi by United Overseas Trademark Company in association with L’Oreal India Pvt. Ltd.
In a very intellectually interactive platform provided by Customs authorities at the IGI customs house New Delhi, the customs interactive workshop was conducted in great success by the United Overseas trademark Company, New Delhi, in partnership with L’Oreal India Pvt Ltd. The workshop was successful in bringing forth the identification aspects of counterfeit goods in the right manner and it was intercepted successfully by the participating audience.
2. First Regional (North India) Customs Workshop on 24.04.2012, to sensitize Custom Rules for IPR Enforcement in India.
The workshop was organized by United IPR in association with NACEN and there were participations from renowned multinational brands such as L’Oreal, LVMH, Lacoste, RayBan, Calvin Klein and WD-40.
The workshop was successful in bringing forth the identification aspects of counterfeit goods in the right manner and it was intercepted successfully by the participating audience.
3. Second Regional (West Zone) Customs Training Workshop: Implementation of IPR (Imported Goods) Enforcement Rules, 2007 and, Product Identification Drive (October, 2012)
The workshop initiated by United IPR along with some of the prominent international brands vis a vis, L’OREAL, LACOSTE, LVMH, RAYBAN, CALVIN KLEIN, WD-40 and SKULL CANDY aptly brought the product identification of the aforementioned right-holders. It was a positive step by the industry to promote the identification techniques of its diverse range of products.
4. Customs Training Road-Show from 21st to 24th January 2013 at New Customs House, New Delhi, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad and Customs House, Chennai
The training was a combined initiative by United IPR, the European Communities Trade Marks Association (ECTA – to represent industry’s larger interest), along-with some of the prominent international brands vis-à-vis, COTY, L’OREAL, LACOSTE, RAYBAN, OAKLEY, CALVIN KLEIN, LVMH, CHRISTIAN DIOR, HUBLOT, TAG HEUER, ZENITH, POLO RALPH LAUREN & WD-40.
